What we do is an art and a science, but it's also a service that you are paying for and we want you to be satisfied. That's why all our work is guaranteed. If you are not happy, we want you to say so. We won't be offended. We can do things about it, and we absolutely want to, because we want you to feel great when you step out onto Bourke Street and beyond.  

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to COVID-19 our cancellation policy is not being enforced. Please advise us if you are unwell and need to change your appointmentment and we will be happy to reschedule it.

We appreciate that life is busy and stuff happens, and people sometimes have to reschedule. That's fine, of course. When you do need to cancel, we ask you to give us 24 hours notice for two good reasons - so we can fill your spot and so you can avoid the 50% cancellation fee. We always send you a text message or an email a few days ahead to prompt you to confirm your appointment. Easy.
