For the month of May, Crown Hair is proud to support the Salon Smiles for Starlight Initiative!

What is Salon Smiles for Starlight? The Australian Hairdressing Council and Starlight Foundation are working together for an industry initiative to raise $100,000 and grant Starlight wishes to seriously ill children.

Along with 200 other salons across the country, Crown Hair will be part of the fundraising efforts to raise money and deliver these wishes to seriously ill children and their families, and be part of brightening up what is an incredibly stressful and painful time.

How can you help? It’s pretty easy! From Friday 5th of May to Saturday June 3rd, you have the opportunity to add $1 as a donation to any hair service transaction at Crown Hair. If you’re keen to donate a little extra, or don’t have an appointment for the month of May, head over here and make your donation.

“The Australian Hairdressing Council, alongside our dedicated salons nationwide – otherwise known as the Smile Squad! are thrilled to be entering our third year partnered with Starlight Childrens Foundation Australia, and aim to raise over $100,000 throughout the month of May! In 2017, Salon Select Smiles for Starlight will officially commence on Starlight Day (Friday, May 5th) with a Pop Up Salon in Martin Place… Talk about kicking things off in style!” says AHC CEO Sandy Chong.

Our very own Principal Stylist Benoit and Junior Stylist Diana will be among the AHC hairdressers on the day giving passers-by 5 minute hair make overs  for a donation to assist in fundraising for Starlight.
