Inspired by the mountains of candy to be consumed today on Valentines Day, we’re feeling a lot of love for pastel or candy coloured hair here at Crown!

One of our core values here at Crown is that hair is something to have fun with. While we’re not exactly throwing the rule book out the window, thinking outside the box is something that our colourists pride themselves on. Pastel colours are not just for lollies or twin sweater sets – pastel tinted hair has slowly gathered a popular following for those in the know.

Understandably, switching from blonde to blue or pink might not work for everyone, or indeed their work place! If you’re looking to incorporate a little extra sweetness into your next colour, be sure to speak to one of our colourists about making this look work for you. This all over powder blue colour for local Calvin Klein model Raenee by Director of Colour Kathy gilbert.

 

 

 

 

 

Sophie Mosca is the colourist behind this pretty in pink look. Sophie used R+Co’s Mannequin styling paste and Death Valley dry shampoo/texturising spray to create texture, and used a GHD to create a perfect wave.

 

 

 

This look was created by Crown’s newest colourist Dominik Rafa! Dominik has previously worked at London’s renowned Hari’s salon as a colourist, and brings a wealth of creativity and colour specific knowledge to the Crown Hair team!
